To consider matters in relation to the Regional Spatial Strategy and Local Development Framework

to monitor the performance of Newbold Comyn Golf Course and review progress on the reletting of the golf contract leading to award of new contract from 1st April 2010.

To consider issues in relation to the wider health agenda, as they may affect the local population. This includes changes to the health service and partner organisations as well as the work which the Council does in relation to health improvement etc.

Overseeing the District/County One Stop Shop programme

Pre introduction of Traffic Management Act

Forum for local community groups along with town and parish councils to discuss planning matters with the Head of Planning.

To support the delivery of play within the District by reviewing progress of the Warwick District Play strategy and the Big Lottery Play Programme ‘Big on Play’

To oversee progress on the retail development at Chandos Street

To consider all planning and listed building consent applications in the Conservation Areas of the towns and other related conservation matters.
